+ -1 moreA headboard was scratched in several places but Randy (the owner) gave a satisfactory monetary allowance for the damage. Randy is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: Re punctuality, the movers could not find the apartment and were about an hour late. Move involved only a few furniture pieces and pictures.
