We had our 2013 Land Rover brought in to get rid of all the scratches and several gouges. It came out looking like showroom quality. Kenny the manager was so thorough when we picked it up, making sure we were absolutely pleased. We'll never use anyone else.

Kenny was my contact and they did an amazing job.  The car looked better than I had expected.  They touched up scratches and marks and the car looked like the scratches were never even there.  Just reliable, nice people doing a top notch job.  I felt like I got my money's worth and I trusted their advice and work.  I absolutely recommend them.  Very happy and satisfied! :)

So, I bought a beautiful 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. I absolutely loved the car. That being said, 1.5 weeks after getting the car I got into a nasty accident where someone stopped short in front of me and I couldn't stop in time. I was devastated. That being said, I have a solid feeling that the car wouldn't be totaled, so when I began researching where to take my car, I couldn't find an automotive/collision shop that had better reviews than Robbie's. I got in contact with my insurance company, who tried pushing me to go to one of their 'concierge' shops, but the reviews were 3/5 stars and not good enough for me. If I was going to keep the car or use it for a certain period of time, then I wanted the repairs to be done by the BEST. I contacted Robbie's and Robbie was the person to actually answer first. He explained to me the process, made assurances that they would do everything necessary to fix it as best as humanly possible, and that he would personally be by my side through this, since he picked up the phone when I called. I felt really good about taking my car there. I live in central NJ, so Robbie's is about 1 hour away from me, however it was 100% worth it. During the repair process, Robbie's CONSTANTLY stayed in touch with me and gave me updates/status. They even invited me to visit the shop while the car was being repaired, so they could shop me the shop and how my car was coming along. After that they sent me pictures of my car during each step (breakdown, paint, assembly). In my opinion there are 2 big parts to the overall repair process when dealing with a shop. The communication factor and then the actual quality of work. On the communication front, Robbie's was exceptional and great to deal with. They dealt with insurance and kept me out of any tasks or things that I didn't need to be further burdened with.
Next part is in terms quality of work...
When I went back to get my car it looked AWESOME. The work was done with great attention to detail. Robbie was even helpful in using genuine Volkswagen parts, which was my preference and his recommendation. The gaps and seams of the fenders, hood, bumper were just like new! The paint was pristine and it honestly looked brand new. Keep in mind that these are human beings working on the car, so it's not like when a manufacturer puts the car together in their factory with robots, however Robbie's gets pretty darn close! I am super detail-oriented, so I scanned the car meticulously to find any issues or things I was not 100% happy about. I will be honest and say there were a couple small items that I brought up to Robbie and the team that I wasn't fully satisfied with, however he made sure he drove everything to closure. One example I want to give (because it depicts Robbie's work ethic) was that the AC in my car was not really cold when I test drove the car. This was on a Friday (around 4:45pm) when I brought it up to Robbie and they close at 5pm. Robbie immediately brought the car into the shop and looked for the root cause for 2 hours until they resolved the issue. There was a tiny, hairline crack in the AC fuse which was so hard to see with the blind eye, but they stayed super late on a Friday night, when they could have just asked me to come back another day to look at it, so they could start their weekend. However, they made sure I drove away happy that day! My car looks and drives great.
These are the type of professionals you want to deal with and I highly recommend them to you. I had a lot of damage to the car (around $9,000), but they did an absolutely exceptional job and I am so pleased with them with this big job. I dont wish an accident or damage to anyone's car, however dealing with this place of business was a pleasure! Robbie and his team are professional, dedicated, and courteous. I really felt like a part of the family since the first moment I dealt with them and it was fully worth the 1 hour distance to take my car to the BEST I could find.

Took my Subaru there after a collision, and insurance covered all but the deductible. Service was prompt and the repairs were great quality. We ran into no issues with these guys, and they even cleaned the car.

Repairs were well made.
However, repairs were not on date promised.
And after picking up car, we realized that one piece was missing and we had to return to the body shop.

Went from depressive to impressive! I had driven the front end of my car on to a curb of vertical Belgian blocks seriously damaging the front deflector and the bumper assembly. Robbie's Automotive & Collision Specialists use OEM parts. My 2008 Buick looks new again!

For sure "Robbie's doesn't just remove dents.......... they remove doubt!

Robbie's slogan says it all - "others remove dents, we remove doubts." I have owned over 30 cars in my life and had quite a bit of body work done for various reasons and I have found Robbie's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction to be unparalleled.  They are not the cheapest place in town but if you're looking for a place that will do the job right, treat you with respect and work on your behalf with insurance companies, Robbie's is the place.
In this particular circumstance I had just bought a used Subaru WR X in absolutely pristine condition and, less than 24 hours after purchasing it, hit a deer that jumped in front of me. While doing the front end repair work, Robbie's noticed signs of previous collision damage that the dealer had not disclosed to me. Robbie's owner was extremely supportive in providing documentation of the damage and ultimately negotiating directly with the dealer to ensure that they covered this undisclosed damage. Robbie's could not possibly have been more helpful. They did indeed remove both the dents and the doubts.

Robbie's is a very professional operation and is obviously very successful.  All of the work was done on time and to perfection.  I would highly recommend Robbie's to everyone.
In my case, my 2005 Lincoln Towncar was rear ended and there was significant damage.  I went to Robbie's for an estimate (my car was driveable) and Robbie himself came out to take a look.
His first concern was matching the color.  He could do the repair work, of course, but Robbie explained that he is a perfectionist and that he wanted me to know up front that matching the color of my particular Signature Limited (a beige, the "official" name of which I can never remember) could be difficult.  He did not want me to be upset if the color was not perfect and was taking the time to explain that to me up front.  He intended to do some extra color tests to do his best.
Short story: the color match he did was perfect.  The car looks perfect.
When I asked early on about the parts he was supposed to use, Robbie explained that -- as I suspected -- the parts that the insurance company would pay for were not original Lincoln parts (a policy based on, I believe, the age of the car).  When I expressed my concern, he took the time to get prices on the original parts.  The price difference was not too great, so I opted to pay some out of pocket money for the original parts.  (I intend to keep this low-miles car for many years to come.)
The experience was very positive in every respect and I consistently felt like I was getting personal attention.  I was confident that the work would be exceptional and it was.  The staff is friendly, the environment is squeaky-clean -- even the waiting area is spotless and comfortable.  Everything about Robbie's reflects an effort to make their customers comfortable and satisfied.
Do not hesitate to go to Robbie's for your car repairs.  You will be glad you did.
