Overall I had a great experience with Morris Chimney and Sebastian. He came almost the next day and gave me a quote and the price was very fair and reasonable. He was very open and honest and really took the time to show me the issue at my house. He worked with me the whole time and worked with my schedule to book a time to come do the fix. The work product was also great, it looked excellent, they took their time, and I was very pleased with it. I got some other quotes and not only from a price perspective, but from an overall experience, I am glad I chose Morris Chimney. I would happily recommend them to others and hire again. Sebastian was very timely in his response to my request. He called me immediately and scheduled the appointment to clean my gutters and replace my downspouts the same week. We never met because I was having this work done at my rental property. I did explain to him that I needed a detailed invoice for tax purposes. I had to reach out to him 3 times and it took over a week for me to get the invoice. He did finally send it to me so all is well. He did a great job on the work and I would work with him again.

While Sebastian originally did not contact me and then explained that the work could not be done in bad weather, he immediately rescheduled and arrived on time. They did a thorough job I believe. He was asked to give me a follow up quote on a new damper and he has not delivered that follow up quote by email as of this writing, although promised as of Monday.

We needed 4 layers of brick to be removed from the top of our chimney, cleaned, and relayed. We also needed a new crown installed. Sebastian and his team came out and inspected the job and we negotiated a fair price. They were professional and performed work as scheduled. The quality of work was good. They identified additional work that needs to be performed, providing pictures to help me understand the situation, but did not pressure me to have them do the work now. They also cleaned up afterwards. I have recommended them to a neighbor and would recommend them to others.

This company is really good. They installed Lock TOP 11 chimney and cleaned the chimney. He had to order these items. He scheduled the appointment promptly once the material arrived, came on time and finished the job. He answered every single phone call. If he could not pick up he called me back within a reasonable time. Sebastian and the person who came with him were extremely friendly and thorough in their job. Paid attention to fine details of the job. I would definitely hire them if I need anything else done. Price wise also, they were very reasonable.

They replaced the cement top & loose bricks at top of chimney & also added a very nice stainless chimney cap that covered both the fireplace & the heating system flues. Additionally they cleaned the flue, cleaned my gutters, & re-mortored a rock that fell out of a rock retaining wall. Everything was very nicely done, & Sebastian explained everything
