I came to know Obez Electrical through a friend's referral back in.2016. Bryant presented himself very confident, professional, well communicative and so organized! The year 2016's project was to split 2nd unit in a multifamily setting with a separate electrical pamel, rewiring the entire unit, Bryant responded my service calls whenever there is a need, that's why whenever I need eletrical work, my 1st instinct is reaching out Bryant first. This year 2023 the past week I need electrical work in a new bathroom, with permit and it needs pass town inspection. Bryant was able to get through the challenges, cuz sometimes while on the job running the wires inside the walls, electrician could be presented with a variety of problems. Bryant has strong problem solving skills on site, being attentive to detail. Bryant has very good time management. He performed the job quickly, along with good planning skills, pretty much the same time as he first came to estimate the job. Needless to mention that Bryant is so patient and he educated me the electrical codes, which gave me a clear picture of what the requirements are amd how to comply with, I believe when next week I go to town and talk to the town electrical subcode official, we can be on the same page and talk in the same language, highly appreciated! I needed assorted areas addressed due to a building assessment review before a sale. It was wonderful to work with someone who gave a fast and honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done. There was an outlet that was flagged as not working, but that was found to be lightswitch. There was a broken light fixture, replaced quickly. A loose outlet box tightened. The list was significant, but handled quickly and professionally. Charged 1.75 hours plus materials. HIGHLY recommended.

I hired Bryant to do a new gable mounted attic fan - as well as consulted with him on a completely new and upgraded system and panel board for a potential generator. Each and EVERY time I spoke to him, he was professional, knowledgeable and just downright nice. He gave me tons of time. I ended up only doing the attic fan rather than the more expensive job. But he came when he said he would, did his job, and was A+ the whole way. Do yourself a favor and hire a genuine "nice guy" with a great work ethic.
