Appliance Repair
They originally set a date to do the repair work but canceled it and said the parts weren't all in. Now they're saying that they can't get to my house until 2/25 to do the work.

Maytag provided this company to do factory service. They are located more then 75 miles from where I live. My appointment was for the time period of 1 - 5 PM. The company showed up after 6:15 PM without calling and after I called and left a message to say that I would not be there after 5. After waiting another week the service technician showed up without the proper tools to do the work. I had to provide him with socket wrenches and other common tools including a flashlight to do the work. In addition I needed to physically help him. To prepare the bill I had to lend him a calculator to tally it up.

WHEN THEY CAME THEY LEFT THE OVEN IN WORSE CONDITION THAN IT WAS IN BEFORE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART THEY NEEDED TO REPAIR THE OVEN AND THEY DIDN'T COME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND I DON'T THINK THEY DID WELL AT ALL.
