When I called to schedule the appointment they were very upfront about the flat rate fee that would be charged. The service fee included a technician coming out, a trip charge, and a diagnosis. I then paid an additional fee for the part needed to repair my washing machine. They were very honest and provided excellent service. I felt their pricing was very reasonable.
