Very good service removed birds

I've already referred your service to one of my neighbors

the process was quick. the guys that came out were friendly and courteous. the only issue is that the company accepts only cash, which required me to make a trip to the bank.

I had a great experience with this team. They were professional and on time. I no longer have issues with birds. I would hire them again.

People that were sent to do the worked seemed unknowledgeable about how to do the work.

Landmark Bird Control was amazing! They were able to come the same day I called, and got done everything we needed plus some of the cleaning! They were WAY cheaper than another company that gave me an estimate ($500 cheaper to be more precise) and they told us what they would do and showed us afterward. Kind, professional guys and the quickness of emailing and calling same day to set everything up was above and beyond.

I highly recommend Landmark Bird Control. I needed bat removal and Sherry explained in depth not only what the company procedures and costs were, but spoke to me in depth about bat behavior and all gov't. regulations regarding removal and treatment of the bats. She also emailed information on this for me to read. The technician, Eric, arrived on time for our scheduled appt. He was very professional and was able to find the problem very quickly. Exceptional work and great price!

Arrived on time as scheduled by Sherri. Two professional polite young men completed service in a time lee manner. Sherri followed up to see if we were satisfied.

Sherry in sales was wonderful. She explained the process start to finish, walked me through what pictures they would need ahead of time and provided a quote within a few hours. She shared with me that they are bird people and would prefer the birds to become fledglings and leave the nest so no one would be harmed in the clean out which was very important to me. Eric showed up at the scheduled time and worked tirelessly for approximately for 6.5 hours to clean out nesting materials and install mesh over the gable vents to stop the birds from building new nests. They provided a receipt with pictures of before and after the clean out which were a shock and just showed how much work Eric truly did. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and professionalism Landmark has provided us. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I had birds in my attic, actually in a vent and they made a nest where I could here babies, but couldn't see them. I wasn't worried until I learned the dangers to having birds in the house and what that could do to your health. So, I immediately looked to hire someone as soon as possible. But it was also important for me that the birds be saved. So I needed a humane solution. From my first call from the company, the woman I dealt with, Sherry, was so kind and knowledgeable. She was able to get someone for me later in the day and kept me in the loop of his timing in getting here. Once Eric arrived, I liked him immediately. He had the same heart I did to try an save them. He got them out and was so thorough in getting everything cleaned and taken care of. The hosing they were living in was disinfected and all areas were sealed off. I had him check other vents and he sealed one of those, that I agree was a concern. He was efficient and thorough and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. In leaving we looked for a place to safely put the birds, hoping the mom would find them, an gave me great tips to taking care of them, until she does. Thank you Sherry, for your great customer service and thank you Eric for making this such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.
