+ 0 morevery easy to schedule appointments and the waiting room is very clean. They noticed some other issues with my car while it was on the lift (rusty brake line) that they took care of on the same visit.

+ -1 moreI started using JD Automotive and Truck a few years ago and I couldn't be happier! They will guarantee the work for a minimum of one year with anything they do. The entire shop, waiting room and outside area are always kept very clean! I believe they are also ranked very high with AAA. I recommend JD Automotive and Truck to all family and friends. Everyone who works there are very professional, and I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else!
Description of Work: The air conditioning in my wife's Volvo was not working properly and it began to blow warm air during a very warm time of the month. They were busy and were still able to fit me in and correct the issue within a very reasonable time.

+ -1 moreJim evaluated the situation, called me with explanations and prices, and performed the work perfectly. It was a tricky thing with my a/c, but they figured it out. There have been other times I brought my car in and said "do whatever needs to be done" and they said, you just need an oil change and tire rotation. Never rip you off. Always give me a ride back to work when I leave my car. Remember to use your AAA discount if you have one-10% off. They have been taking care of my car for over a year. It is 9 years old, has over 175,000 miles on it, and it runs great!

+ -1 moreI spent about $360 for the last service. I have been using them ever since they went into business. They provide everything that everyone looks for, which is professionalism and honesty. They have a clean, orderly and a well run shop. Their repair results have been excellent as well. I would give them the best grade since they are excellent. Their price is something typical for quality repair work; it’s not especially well or high. It’s comparable to the car dealer prices. So, their prices aren’t very good but it’s average. They are good communicators and they do everything as promised.
Description of Work: I have been using the services of J D Automotive & Truck Inc. for a long time. My last interaction with them was within the last two weeks. They checked and re-filled the air conditioning system on my wife’s car. They also did a coolant flush and fill.

+ -1 moreIt is a good automotive repair shop. They are personable and honest. It is a clean shop. You can book appointments online and they email you notices when your car is due for oil change and things like that.
