Elite Chimney Restoration & Maintenance Service LLC located in northern New Jersey, handles all phases of chimney building, repair and restoration. We have been serving the chimney industry for more than 30 years. We specialize in historical restoration, but our chimney services also include residential as well as commercial repairs and maintenance. Our mission is to be your first choice on chimney needs - delivering products and services of outstanding quality at a competitive cost to ensure complete satisfaction. "We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service and responsiveness. We had many conversations with you in regards to what we felt was necessary to make sure the Fireplace would work properly. We stand by our findings and the codes we quoted. It may not have been to your liking and may not have been in agreement with the town inspector, however as per NFPA codes there were issues that needed to be addressed and noted and we stand behind our findings. For liability purposes we need to satisfy the NFPA requirements and unfortunately this may not have been to your liking. Our technician is certified by the CSIA and has more than 10 years or experience. We stand behind our opinions and recommendations."

We spent app. 3.5 hours at your home to complete all the work includng the new crown, replacing the bricks as well as the removing the wood beneath the hearth extension. If you take the total price of all work and materials, the total price paid was fair. It is very hard to estimate how much time exactly a job will take. Sometimes it takes longer and sometimes it take shorter. Hence why we give a straight price on our proposals.This is to protect our clients so that we do not go over budget. Again for the whole job the total price was quite reasonable. If you would like to discuss further please give us a call. I do see that you were happy with our work and graded us well on everything else other that the price on the wood removal. We do try our best."

Elite provided quote for chimney repair and sealing. I chose another vendor with a lower price.

We have used Elite for several years now to perform our annual chimney sweep
and inspection. They do a good job & we really like their camera scope, and receiving a
full report with pictures afterwards, for our records. We have discovered that their prices are a
bit higher than some of the other chimney sweeps in the area - but we would still continue to
call them for service.

As for our pricing, while there are other companies who may charge less than us, when you consider the value we give, (our sweeps are CSIA certified, we are fully licensed and insured, we have a full time office staff answering calls as opposed to an answering service, give our clients full reports with photos and we are honest and reputable, I think you would agree that we offer excellent value and our customers seem to agree by coming back to us every year.
