It took 4 months to finally get this problem fixed. This company's customer service is terrible. We had to call them back over and over. They did not respond to phone calls, did not return calls and when they did call they used foul language. A family owned business that has no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. Each time they scheduled an appointment they either did not show up at all or came hours late.

MAYTAG VISITED OUR HOME SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AS A BROKEN CONTROL PANEL. IT TOOK THEM SEVERAL MORE VISITS BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT PART TO US AND REPAIR OUR DISHWASHER.

WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH MAYTAG AND ARE VERY HAPPY USING THEIR SERVICE. THEY HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES. THEY ALWAYS STAND BEHIND THE WORK THAT THEY DO.

WE WERE FAIRLY SATISFIED WITH MAYTAG'S SERVICE. THEIR WORK AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE PRETTY GOOD, BUT THEY WERE NOTHING SPECTACULAR. OUR ICE MACHINE IS WORKING WELL NOW SO WE ARE PRETTY HAPPY.

I FEEL THAT THE REPAIRMAN DID A GOOD JOB IN REPLACING THE PART. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT IT TOOK THEM A WEEK JUST TO COME TO FIX IT. I DID HAVE ANOTHER FREEZER TO USE, BUT IT WAS STILL INCONVENIENT.

THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THAT IT TOOK A WEEK TO COME. OTHERWISE THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THEY WERE HERE THREE TIMES AND THEY STILL WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT. THE PRICES AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM COULD BE A LOT BETTER. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIX IT, SO I JUST WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE.

THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. I HAD TO WAIT TWO MONTHS BEFORE THEY EVEN MADE IT OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG.
