They arrived at the time we agreed on. He sprayed the carpet first and took his time and was thorough and worked on the stains. He made my carpets look almost brand new. He removed several stains that I thought were not going to come out of the carpet. I am sincerely happy with the quality of the work. He had an assistance who was professional and responsive as well to my questions regarding the products used. Again, I highly recommend them. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was within reason for the work done. I paid them a little more than charged simply because I was so happy with the results. He even provided a blower to help dry the carpet quicker.
