Prior to arriving, they communicated clearly and quickly thru Angie's List messaging. They showed up when they said they would. Alonso and his assistant got right to work, carefully climbing the tree and using a chainsaw to carefully and cleanly cut off branches that were hanging about 2 feet over the power lines going to the house. Trimmed the tree well all around while leaving it nicely shaped. Removed my solar lights from the work area so they would not break them (offered to put them back when they finished, but I said it wasn't necessary). Fed all debris into wood chipper, cleaned up around area. Spoke English, very professional.

Showed up right on time on the agreed upon date. Trimmed about 15 trees and removed 1 tree. Did a nice job of cleaning up all the debris. I showed Alonso some additional work (not part of the original job) that I was going to have him come back and work on. He adjusted his schedule and stayed for 2 more hours to finish. He was able to complete all work (both jobs) by 3 pm. Will be bringing him back in the fall for more tree work. Prices quoted were reasonable.

Excellent job! They made it look easy. Cleaned everything up when they were finished and took all the wood away. The tree loomed over my pool and not one branch fell in the pool! Alonso and his crew were very professional and friendly.
