Excellent service from First Goal when they installed a new furnace. All work was performed on time, the technician explained everything and the cost was very fair.

1 day after installation I had a major leak under the air handler located in the attic, this caused the sheet rock to get ruined. It was a Sunday and a technician did come and fix the problem. Shit happens but while the unit was being placed I expressed my concern that the drain line from the pan was not correctly pitched. I was told it was tested. Did not notice the pan being wet but I decided not to have a conflict over it. 2nd problem.. season start up I was going to change the original filter installed during system installation. It had been in for about 3 months of the end of last season. So I went into the attic to get the size of the filter and found they had left 2 lying against the air handler. I noticed that they were 2 different sizes so I opened the unit and there was no filter installed WHAT!!!! They never installed one! The coil is now dirty so I also realized the reason no filter was installed is that the filters they left were the wrong size. I called several times and spoke to owner Quincy who seem concerned but never followed through on having someone come clean my coil or bring a new size filter that was owed to me. He said he would call me back never happened. The second time I called he stated he would order the filter after I gave him the size. 6 weeks went by and still nothing I called again he stated that the Filter was on back order and should be In about 2 weeks. At this point, I purchased coil cleaner and had filters shipped overnight. Waited the 2 weeks and called him back he said he was not sure if the filter were in yet. I told him after a customer spends 10,000 + for a new system that was installed wrong I think he would step up. Within 2 hours a tech was at my house empty-handed for what? 1 year after installation and still no call about filters. People Make your selection wisely poor customer service which I have to say I was surprised because I used this company for 3 seasons, Pryor, to hire to install a new system. just disappointed

Excellent customer service from the start. I have a home warranty provider that selected 1st. Goal Heating & Cooling after two failed attempts in locating a service for me. Kerri contacted me and set up an appointment immediately and was very caring and understanding. The service tech, Alex, arrived the following day on time and was wonderful. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, answered all questions I had, diagnosed the problem and made the corrections. Both Kerri and Alex earned the 5 star rating for this business. Excellent service all the way around. These qualities along with the job ability will make this company my heating service provider moving forward. The owner should be proud have employees like that demonstrate these qualities.

They showed up in the time frame promised, quickly diagnosed, and quickly made the repair. We'll keep 1st Goal in mind for any future needs.

Came the same day with short notice. Qualified technician and very knowledgeable.

The professionals from 1st goal were great. They were able to replace a part on the heat sensor and would recommend to family and friends.
