Because of the warranty on our carpeting, we have to have it professionally cleaned every two years for the warranty to be upheld. We bought the house in 2005 and the first time they did come in was 2006. They have been doing it every two years since. Because I was a repeat customer, they kept the original price. They were very good that is why we kept using them. I made the mistake one time of picking somebody else just for the price but I had Fogg come back within like 3 or 4 months because we were so unhappy. When the other company did the rinse, they left the soap in the carpeting, they didn't take it out. So, the carpeting was stiff when it dried. When they came back that time, I told them what had happened and instead of doing a normal type of wash, they used more water to get the soap out of the carpet.

The cost is $175 but I think that it might be a little higher but because I have been a customer for a number of years, I still get that rate. I gave them an A because I had somebody else come in one time to save a little money, and I was very disappointed with the service. In fact, I called the Fogg company back within 3 or 6 months because we were so unsatisfied with the other service. I would use them again. I have got to call them back.

Here's the bottom line.  The owner of the company showed up for the job.  He had a helper who performed a lot of the work, but Mr. Fogg was onsite and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.  I talked to him for a while about the mix he uses to clean the carpets and I was most impressed that he has his own recipe of several different ingredients that he has perfected over the years.  The carpets came up like they were new and dried very quickly.  I was very happy with Fogg's and I can't imagine using anyone else.
