In and out. Very efficient

Arrived on time.  Was very neat and organized about my home and the work.  Took away packing materials.  Took his time explaining how to use all the functions of the new TV.

Terrible!  We had to cancel the order because they completely dropped the ball.  No show on the scheduled date.

My first attempt to schedule the call ended with our call being disconnected after being on the call for 30 minutes.  I waited for someone to call me back, but never received a call.  I finally called back and went through the long multi-step process to get an install scheduled.

When we called to find out why no one showed, their scheduling team said there was a problem with the order, so it was canceled.  No one called/contacted me to tell me there was an issue.  They just didn't show!

Andrew Custin was on-time, professional, competent, and service oriented.  There was a problem with the Sanus wall mount which he successfully problem solved, even though it meant returning at a later date.

I have had many "technicians" in our home, Andrew by far was the BEST.  I would not hesitate to call GEEK Squad for any of our technology needs.  A++++++

The installation was completed very quickly.  The installer Andrew Custin did an outstanding job.  He carefully explained everything as he was doing the installation and was thorough

They were on time, professional, friendly and careful not to track leaves or dirt into my home.  They were time efficient but patient when instructing me about the new TV.  All in all a great experience.

The service tech arrived at the scheduled time and did call 1/2 hour before his arrival. He walked into the door and introduced himself and promptly put on booties over his shoes.

I then provided him with the new Logitech harmony controller and showed him what items I wanted it to interface with. He had the list , but wanted to confirm.

Chris the service tech then worked for the next two hours completing the task.

Great personality and friendly and we spoke off an on.

Once completed, he provided training on the controller and made sure I was 100% comfortable using and troubleshooting with it.

I have to say one of the best experiences with having a service tech come to my home.

One of the technicians who came asked the right questions. Listened to my issues and solved the problems.

Every time I have called he Geek Squad help center directly it has been a frustrating waste of time.

I have been very pleased with them. The computer cost me about $1,100 and the laptop cost me around $600. I used them because they are very convenient to me and because they have their technical service (Geek Squad) on site. The technical guys, who came out to my house, were really helpful; they went above and beyond their call of duty. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any computer issues I may have in the future.
