Initial purchase and installation of pool went smoothly. Next season the company failed twice to show up for scheduled pool openings and when an issue regarding our upgraded filter came up the company was contacted everyday for two weeks asked to speak to the manager/owner Larry and no call was ever returned and the issue was never solved we were given a total run round after failed promises of call backs and service set up. I would recommend buying a pool anywhere but Discount Pools even if the end cost is a little more. I feel that once they receive your money for purchasing the pool you are no longer a valued customer

I was very happy with the pool sales & installation. The store was very crowded & crazy, but the salespeople do a great job of working with each & every customer.
