Terrible. Dan showed up and immediately started welding the pipe. Had me crawl into my crawl space myself to shut off water. Never inspected the water source for leak or bad valve. Welded for 10 minutes and the left. Charged $ 160 bucks for 10 mins work. Pipe still leaking hours after he left. He told me I needed to back into crawl space and tighten shut off valve. That did not work and I called him again. He said Valve has to be replaced (after never inspecting it the first time) and he would have to come back in a week or so (soonest available) for another $200. Had 2 other plumbers out who stated that they would have replaced the pipe (not welded it as a quick fix) , inspected the valve in the crawl space and if leaking would have replaced that as well and never would have had me go in twice. Several calls placed to Dan regarding this have been ignored...

I have used Dan twice. He is always very responsive, both calls he was at my home in less then 24 hours. Dan is very knowledgeable and makes a point to give a quick explanation of the problem and how he is going to fix it. He is always vey quick with his repairs

It was a great experience.  Mr. Penney got back to me very quickly in response to my inquiries on a quote for the work.  He showed up when he said he would.  The job was completed efficiently and at a very fair price.

Dan does superb work.  There is no better way to say it.
