 + -1 moreOverall, it was fine. It was my mistake to not ask how much it would cost to fix each broken head but I never could have imagined how much it was going to cost. The part is maybe 10 bucks per head (I looked up exact model online). Yet, they charged me something like $60 or $70 per head. They were literally there for about 30 minutes total. So, basically they are trying to tell me labor is almost $500 an hour. It is absurd. I'll never use them for that type of work again. I'll do it myself given it took them 2 minutes to dig small hole, a minute or two to swap the head, half a minute to fill in hole and then a minute or two to adjust the head. The service guy said he would waive the service call charge...gee...thanks! Now, I will say I would recommend for installs because they were very good with their price I felt and very flexible with payment.

Description of Work: He put an entire irrigation system throughout my property. His men and Thom were absolutely amazing. They had a very difficult landscape to work with.. Not only was everything done so neatly , it was done very quickly. Two other neighbors were so impressed with him that they hired him too. Thoms integrity and work ethic are hard to match. Absolutely love this contractor.

 + -1 moreThey were very good and we're very, very happy with them. They were very prompt when they said they were gonna be there they were there. They did an excellent job. They consulted a lot and the workers were very good and they just really do an exceptional job.
