THOM-MIST AUTOMATIC LAWN

Switched to Thom Mist and believe they are honest and fair. About $100 to turn on and adjust system.

Thom-Mist does a terrific job -- both original installation and on-going servicing. Could not be happier!

Overall, it was fine. It was my mistake to not ask how much it would cost to fix each broken head but I never could have imagined how much it was going to cost. The part is maybe 10 bucks per head (I looked up exact model online). Yet, they charged me something like $60 or $70 per head. They were literally there for about 30 minutes total. So, basically they are trying to tell me labor is almost $500 an hour. It is absurd. I'll never use them for that type of work again. I'll do it myself given it took them 2 minutes to dig small hole, a minute or two to swap the head, half a minute to fill in hole and then a minute or two to adjust the head. The service guy said he would waive the service call charge...gee...thanks!
Now, I will say I would recommend for installs because they were very good with their price I felt and very flexible with payment.

It went so smoothly it was scarey. Everything was done neatly and professionally as well as on time, Thom came back to double check things to make certain all was as it should be..

They were very good and we're very, very happy with them. They were very prompt when they said they were gonna be there they were there. They did an excellent job. They consulted a lot and the workers were very good and they just really do an exceptional job.

They came promptly and did their job as advertised. Seemed knowledgable and professional.
