I hired ROELAND for a bathroom remodel of our upstairs bathroom in July 2023. They did not come until the end of January to do my bathroom. The day after completion 1-27-24, i had water pouring out of my downstairs ceiling of my half bath. They came and claimed to fix the issue. A week later after they sealed up my ceiling downstairs I had water once again coming out of the corner of my wall and water marks on the sheet rock that had just been replaced. On February 14 their worker came back. I showed him the water marks (have video) and Daniel told me that was sheet rock tape and it clearly was not. 4/21/24 after months of a slow leak that was closed up by roeland, the ceiling broke through with water leaking downstairs once again. I called them, they came and this time having been paid in full, no longer took responsibility. He has no licensed plumber on record with his business. The people he had working on my plumbing none of them had any business working on anybody’s plumbing, but I did not know this. I had actual plumbers come in. They showed me the little pinholes That were in the pipe that ROELAND closed up and put waterproof sheet rock on my ceiling in February. They refused to take any responsibility. Service master came in and had to cut the entire downstairs bathroom because every piece of sheet rock and ceiling was saturated with water. My entire family room had to be ripped apart Because of mold under the carpet caused by the leaks. And the bathroom that we paid close to $17,000 for had to be ripped up because underneath the flooring that they put down was saturated and they gave us a cheap toilet that caused most of it. This company is absolutely horrible. On there website, they claim to be A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau and accredited.. Neither are true. They have a B minus rating and they are not an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau, so that ended itself is fraudulent

"This will be proven to be false but for now keep writing the lies. Your leaks had Zero to do with our work. I even came out 2 times to help for free.. also love that your own pictures show the flooring ripped up when the leak was your old plumbing below the floor. Sad that you choose to write defamatory comments and mis truths……. Our reviews and work speaks for itself (even in your pictures)"

I hired Roeland Home Improvers because Arnie and John really impressed me with their knowledge and experience. I am very happy with my completed master bath. They did everything they promised. We had one small glitch when my faucets were delivered in the wrong color. Although this was my problem, Beth from the main office got Amazon to replace them with an expedited order. This team was very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

Roeland Home Improvers and John Brower did an amazing job on my finished basement. I met with 4 other installers and was so impressed by the details in John's explanation of what needed to be done. We finished our basement and added a powder room bath and laundry. They finished on time and came out exactly as we hoped. I will be calling Roeland when it's time to renovate my kitchen for sure! On July 14, 2023, we went into contract with ROELAND bathrooms, Arnie Roeland. We paid him a down payment on that day of $7832 with $9000 being owed upon completion. when he was supposed to start work in the fall, he claimed that all of his workers had Covid. Then he wanted to come into my home during the holidays, which I wasn't on board with. Work was not begun on our bathroom until the end of January 2024. Prior to Roeland bathroom remodelers coming in to remodel our upstairs master bathroom we had no plumbing issues, no leaks ANYWHERE. The bathroom was completed on January 26, 2024. At no time did any licensed person from Roeland come and check the work that was done by their workers who are not licensed. On the evening of January 27, 2024, my downstairs bathroom began leaking water from the ceiling from the bathroom upstairs that had just been completed the day before . They told us that the bathroom was perfectly fine to use. We still waited 24 hours to use the shower. When my daughter took a shower that evening water began pouring out of my downstairs bathroom ceiling . My entire downstairs bathroom had to have the ceiling taken out. My light fixture was damaged. My mirror was damaged. None of those things were replaced. I believe the only reason that the work was done and that they came was because money was still owed to them. When I questioned Arnie as to why he never came to check the work to begin with he called me an expletive and yelled at me that his mother had cancer. Completely avoiding the fact that this all could've been avoided had he checked the work that his unlicensed workers had done in my home. During this time they had my ceiling open I took pictures. I'm not a plumber nor do I know about plumbing. But the people that were working on my plumbing were supposed to know about plumbing and the pipes seeing as how bathrooms are all piping and plumbing. The ceiling was closed and the bathroom was repainted, even after the workers saw the corroded damaged pipe and didn't alert me to the fact that it was damaged (pictures from when they opened the ceiling 1/28/24). A couple of weeks later, I had water slowly leaking down the corner of my bathroom wall . The workers came back. We ran everything in the bathroom upstairs and we could not get the leak to come back again. They left and I didn't see any more water downstairs. On April 21, 2024 at 11 o'clock at night I came downstairs . I went into the bathroom and had water dripping on my head I looked up my entire ceiling was saturated with water. I took video. I sent it to the owners. The next day, Arnie Roeland came to my home, put down a dehumidifier opened up the ceiling. Arnie kept telling my husband and I that he was going to get his plumber over right away to fix the damages . Then he told us that his plumber was not available until next week and just call our plumber and he'll take care of it. I called our plumbers immediately and they were here the next morning. I showed the plumbers plumbers at the polite plumber the pictures of the pipes from January and they told me the area that was open in January was visibly corroded as can be seen in the pictures and any plumber would have told me that it needed to be replaced even if it was at a cost to us so that we could prevent further damage like what was caused on April 21. But that was never mentioned/ disclosed to me when the ceiling was opened by Roeland's workers. The plumbers were here from 8:30 in the morning till 2 o'clock in the afternoon on 4/23/24, replacing PVC piping for the copper piping that was corroded and damaged. I paid over $1400.. I asked Arnie to pay for half since the negligence of his workers caused my bathroom to now have to be reopened again and now I have to put in a homeowners claim and pay $1000 deductible because his workers were negligent. When I presented his partner and him with the Bill they refused to pay any of it. He just kept requesting his dehumidifier back. I told him that if he wasn't going to take some responsibility for the damage to my home that I was going to have to take him to court. On May 1, my insurance company sent people to look at the damage caused by all these leaks to my downstairs bathroom. They took moisture readings on all walls and ceilings, and my entire downstairs bathroom was saturated with water to the point where it had to be taken down to studs. Then the mediators went upstairs to check the bathroom that I had renovated. They did readings on the floor which read over 40. A normal reading from moisture is under 10. So the floor that Roland installed in January underneath it was saturated with water. The vinyl flooring was removed mold was visible, which I took pictures of. The leak had been happening basically for months. Arnie ROELAND, and his partner John brower BOTH SAID IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS TO THE PLUMBING THAT THEY DAMAGED AND ANY SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE.

Roeland Home Improvers recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us. We are really thrilled with the result. We had a very positive experience, from my initial meetings and consultation with Arnie to project completion with Walter and Robert. The expertise and professionalism of all involved made the process very seamless and the quality of the work is impeccable. It was also quick and minimally disruptive, which I appreciated as I am working from home. We have another bathroom scheduled and are already looking forward to seeing the finished product! I've posted some before and after pictures of bathroom #1. Id definitely recommend Roeland to others.

The bathroom look great! Excellent craftsmanship, work done in a timely fashion. The crew was professional, courteous & informative at all times. When they left each night, they cleaned up their mess. They put tarps & runners wherever they are entering the house. Arnie, the owner and his wife Beth are amazing and responsive when there is a question. Arnie explained the process and how the materials that he uses works in great detail. He and his wife are honest and trustworthy & sincere.. I would highly recommend Roeland Home Improvers.

"Sorry for your bad plumbing issues, yes originally the flange on the tub did not seat properly. We took 100% responsibility and you left out the part that we not only redid the ceiling, we installed new crown molding for free and painted the room for free. And no, I was not able to go and visit and even if I did, there’s no way myself or our license Plumber would’ve seen this. They did a water test it, it gave the next day or so. Also, that was three months later I have my own videos of everything explaining that it was your toilet had nothing to do with our work and the rest of the so-called corroded plumbing was not corroded. It was copper had very little patina on it. If it was corroded, we would’ve charged him more and fixed it, but as I told you, that would be a plumber to come and look, and my plumber was slammed with work. As where all my cruise. It was your old Plumbing so in our world not our emergency but yours you said you had a deal with Plumber who we will be asking them to join us with their comments are unwarranted and we can prove that. Not something we want to do we tried. I even came out with a dehumidifier and took the ceiling down to show you where the leak was no bill was given to you because I felt bad for you. You leave the Parts you were screaming yelling and swearing at us, but I don’t want to say anymore except that we were willing to and still are willing to work with whom ever tried to tell you things were wrong that were in your insurance company as well"

The owner of this company dealt with our insurance company regarding all the technical issues of the damages incurred, and the costs of the repairs & replacements to bring our home back to its original state, prior to the storm damage. He was relentless when it came to doing a proper job, and refused any "shortcuts." His honesty & integrity are above reproach, and his crew is top-notch!! The job was completed in a timely manor, and my husband and I were extremely pleased! I would give Roeland Home Improvers Five Stars!!

Arnie Roeland is great. The service and response is second to none. We had our entire house sided and windows replaced and could not be happier with our experience. They used the Quantum2 energy efficient windows and our energy bills were almost cut in half. I would recommend Arnie Roeland and his team to anyone.

"[member name removed], I am sure this was written before I reached out after seeing a service ticket. I immediately reached out after hearing that even my new employee did not inform me of your frustration. The 2 other people that where supposed to be watching my company after the death of my son, wife and father where obviously not!! Therefore they where terminated In February I sincerely apologize that your frustration has brought you to this level. As I stated on the phone yesterday, we do not ignore prior customers as they are the line share of our work as repeat business. I also said I personally will come out Monday or Tuesday for the 2 minor repairs of the "jchanel" and the shutter. I would hope that you will agree that once I was made aware of this it is to be corrected immediatly and had I not been away until Monday I would have come by today. My cell is given out frequently to all customers that request it. I also have no emails from you or I would have known of this. I do feel terrible and this is not what has made us an industry leader for over 3 Decades. Please post after my service call as I know you will be satisfied. Their was about 5 guys who worked vigorously thru the day.  They were very considerate of my neighbor's property and shielded their property from any fallen debris.  The owner himself came to supervise the job and explain to me exactly what they would be doing.  After the job was completed, the men picked up every bit of old shingle, wood, & even nails.  I was very impressed  with the final outcome and the time it took to complete the new roof.  Bottom line is: I am very pleased with my new roof.

The siding went very well. They started when they said they would and finished on time. The quality of work is exceptional and we were not disappointed.
As said above, quality was so good that they will be installing a new deck door for us.
Very professional and highest of quality.

My elderly father had hired a contractor to do some roofing repairs.  He had complained to me about some cost over runs.  It turns out that this contracter had scammed my father out of several thousand dollars and not really performed any real work.
My father was really upset and called a local contractor to take a look.  I knew Arnie Roland socially and asked him for some assistance.  Turns out my father had also called his office.
Arnie personally came over and inspected my fathers house and the work that was "performed" .  The police were contacted since there was some fraud involved.  Arnie was instrumental in getting this scam artist to return several thousand dollars to avoid prosecution.  He personally gave up several hours of his valuable time, and was on the phone for having heated conversations  with the other contracter.
Arnie then went on to make sure that my fathers roof was repaired properly and stood by his work.  We have since had Roeland Enterprises perform window and door work on my fathers property.
Arnie really went above and beyond for my family.  A great job by him and his crew.  If you are looking for someone to take care of your home and your family, you can feel safe using Roeland Enterprises.

They were good.  They were efficient and did a good job.  We also had them out to replace our gutters.  We requested a special kind that are sealed so we do not have to have them cleaned and they were able to get them installed quickly and effeciently!  They brought 1 large piece, almost as long as our whole house, and then proceeded to cut it down right at their truck.  I would have thought they would have had to come take measurments, then go back to their shop to cut the pieces and bring them back.  The whole job just took one day and they did an excellent job.  This job cost about $5,000.

Overall I'm very pleased the installation and the new windows that Roeland installed. I know this was a difficult job because the old windows weren't installed correctly.  Arnie's team did a super job of fixing the mistakes left behind from the old window installation and installers.  I would recommend Roeland to my friends, family and clients.  Thank you Arnie for your professionalism, your hard workers, your time, and mostly for my beautiful new windows.

Salesman was great! Explained so much about the materials and process. I even got a call from the owner(Arnie) after the initial meeting to make sure I had all of my questions answered. They are Master Elite with one of the major manufacturers of roofing materials(which is only given to 3% of all contractors) This status allows them to offer huge warranties that are backed by the manufacturer. Decided to use them after meeting with 3 other roofing companies. Roof is to be installed tomorrow and I will update my review once the job is complete.
