"This person called me numerous times on a Sunday morning. Meaning, called and hang up 4 times in a row then proceeded to text me about a stain that was 6 months old ! I would understand if his basement was flooding or something really serious, This negative review is because he refused to pay me for my time and I told him that I was blocking his number and he did NOT deserve me to do any future work for him. It is also quite obvious that he was incapable of performing the repair himself and had a supposed "handy man" try and fix it. He also interrupted me numerous times to give him pricing on other work instead of letting me complete the task , which was to re-caulk his shower pan. He then proceeded to add other areas he wanted re-caulked. Any one with minimum knowledge knows that you have to clean & scrape ALL the old material away before you can put down a nice clean bead, which is time consuming. These are the kind of people who think that your time and professionalism is meaningless and refuse to pay their bill. I thank God that I do not have to deal with people like this on a daily basis."
