American Home Shield sent them to repair a shower faucet - in the process of checking the pipes they broke a vent pipe - lied about it and advised the warranty would not cover the repair as they did not cover venting. They also lied about and turned off the CO detector that was working prior to the visit. There was no prior CO issue.
