Nick is a great guy. The power went out, me and my wife had no access to our house as we use the garage for entry. Since the power was out the garage will not open of course. I found Nick through Angie’s List and decided to contact him since of his many positive reviews. I called Nick when he open at 8 AM and he was at my house at 8:15 to help. He changed his schedule to address my situation. What a pleasant and easy transaction it was for Nick to come out and help my wife and I get into the house. I also priced him out and he was very fair compared to others. He is genuinely nice guy and would never take advantage of anyone. He also helped my sister who lived locally. Thank you Nick and crew for your hard work and fast transaction.

I filled out the email form on Sunday. Monday morning Steve, the owner, called. Set up an appointment at 10am Monday. Arrived as promised. Friendly, courteous, professional service. Job was finished on Monday and everything went as expected. No surprises. I would highly recommend calling ND Security. I can’t imgine them disappointing a customer.

The work went extremely well. Steve and Chris were prompt, professional, courteous, reliable, and did an outstanding job boring a hole (because the prior hole) didn't fit the new knob. They came within less than an hour after the initial call was placed, assessed the situation, and installed the new knob.

Nick showed up on time. The guy has been doing this for more than 30 years! He's very professional, courteous, fast, and did an excellent job. The price was be very reasonable, exactly as the quote I was provided over the phone. I will definitely hire them again!

Great! They provided a clear estimate over the phone before coming out. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards, so there was no mess for us to take care of once they left. Very fair price, super affordable. We had initially spoke with another company (not Angie's list recommended) who had quoted us over 2x the price given by ND Security, needless to say, we consulted Angie's list for a better company - and we found one! They were very professional and even offered additional tips to improve the security of our home. I would definitely hire them again.

Steve was courteous, professional, honest and efficient. He modified the clearance on one of the deadbolts because it wasn't sitting flush with the frame and went above and beyond the needs of the initial service call. The services were done on a very reasonable basis and he worked quickly and efficiently. The stated quote matched the services rendered and we will recommend his company to all of our friends and neighbors. We would most definitely use them in the future again.

Steve replaced my knob set, re-keyed the knobs, and did some repair on the door frame. The service was very prompt and professional.

Steve called me just a short time later and asked if he could stop by to determine what needed to be done. He examined the lock carefully and then told me the lock did not need to be replaced -only serviced and cleaned. Steve fixed the lock promptly and professionally. The total cost for service included the rebuilding of the deadlock, replacing of one of the screws and servicing the lock for $101.65 with my Angie's List Coupon for 5%. I am so grateful to Steve and ND Security for their professionalism, their integrity and their compassion. Thank you again to our hero, Steve!!

2 door locks repaired.

We moved into a house and needed locks replaced. They came on time and suggested rekeying and replaced one lock for us.

Returning from work, I realized I didn't have my house keys with me. I looked up locksmiths in my area on Angie's List (thank goodness for my iphone!)- N D had several good reviews, and they were close to home. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. I explained I was locked out and needed someone to assist me. Was told someone would be there within 30 minutes, given a price quote, and the name of who would be coming. 
Nick arrived in about 20 minutes (bonus points for being well within the time promised!). He was professional and friendly. I appreciated that he did make a point of asking for my ID to make sure it was in fact my house! 
From the time I called to the time Nick left it was under an hour. 
I highly recommend ND Security!

N D Security is professional, reliable, persistent and fair. We are new to the Chatham area and referred to Angie's list for a locksmith. We wanted to have our locks rekeyed prior to our household goods arriving. I called N D security and they were able to come the next day. They arrived on time. The thing that impressed us the most was Steve's persistence and work ethic. We had one lock that would not budge. He refused to let it get the best of him. His patience paid off and he was able to remove the lock. We also had a front door lock that was improperly put on the door. He once again worked his magic and saved us several hundred dollars by fixing the lock. We would not hesitate recommending or calling N D Security for our future locksmith needs.
