We found Lenny through an interior designer that we contracted. We have spent the last three years renovating all of the other areas of our home so we are very experienced at screening and selecting contractors. Based on prior experience, we were looking for someone experienced, organized, and responsive, without breaking the budget. We are currently about 80% of the way through our project. Working with Lenny has been a very good experience and at this point we have no reservations recommending Lenny. Lenny has two workers that are here everyday. He spends most of his time here as well. They get here around 8:30am and are here until roughly 5pm, they have worked some weekends as well to keep the project on schedule. Lenny is detail-oriented, organized, and good at predicting each step of the project and what we'll need to complete it. His communication is very good as well, he often texts us when wrapping up at 5pm to let us know what progress was made and anything we need to be aware of which is really nice. He's creative, knowledgeable, and good at what he does which is confidence-inspiring. In terms of negatives, there haven't been that many, particularly given the large scope of the project. There have also been a few small discrepancies between what we thought was included in the scope of the project. Finalizing the details around the change orders we have accrued is one of our next steps but if our previous experience with Lenny holds true, we think this aspect will be handled fairly. After completing a number of large projects, we realize that no contractor or project is perfect. We are very satisfied with our contractor selection and look forward to the completion of our project. We will continue to update this review as we progress.
