The builder had 17 jobs going on including the building of his own home. He left the project in the hands of an inept construction manager who has since been fired. In the year since the construction, the hard wood floors in the kitchen are warped cracked and chipped. One of the new windows has a crack in it. The builder said my landscaper must have kicked up a stone. I am the landscaper and I do not have stones in my backyard. The double oven window shattered the day after Thanksgiving. His company dropped the oven when installing it. Calls to the builder have not been answered
