I stopped by the showroom on Alexander Kitchen and Baths sometime in May, 2014, scheduled an appointment for Dmitriy to visit my home. When he arrived, he had great ideas about making some floor plan changes and maximizing space without adding square footage. I had always worried that such changes would be cost prohibitive but in reality were very doable. He offered many options with regards to the cabinets, tile, counter tops, etc. and provided samples of everything. When the work began in September (on schedule), He also took care of getting all the permits. Dmitriy and his crew were there every day on time - everyone was friendly,respectful, neat and most importantly skilled and professional. Progress was made everyday and in a little over 4 weeks I had a beautiful new kitchen that I love. The project moved along the lines of the original estimate except for some small add-ons I chose to make along the way. There were no un-welcomed financial surprises and my money was respected. Dmitriy, his daily crew and his subcontractors became like old friends and although, I was happy to be done with the project, I felt a little sad that it was over. But not sad for too long, I have some bathrooms to be done and Alexander Kitchens and Baths will be definitely be hired for those projects as well! Although, I installed some IKEA cabinets about 10 years ago, my house was looking and feeling all of its 42 years. My kitchen now looks fresh, modern and lively. Very Happy!!! :)

It was a real pleasure working with Dimitriy and his workers. No issues at all. From start to finish everything went without a hitch. Very professional. Promptly responded to calls/emails. Punctual, neat and top-notch workmanship. He took care of everything, including permits. Very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alexander Kitchens and Baths for future projects.

They're great! Very polite. Tell you exactly what they're going to do. Very punctual. Easy to talk to. Not overdramatic.

They have been the most professional carpenters that I have dealt with. The person who called up showed up on the exact time and met the arranged schedule. He showed up every time I had some work. He was wonderful and I will be using him to remodel my bathroom completely.
