I contacted the provider to stop by my house to install a new thermostat. After arranging the meeting, I received a call from them few days before the scheduled time to cancel the appointment due to an "emergency." I called them back two days later to re-schedule and the guy who answered the phone, acted as he did not know what I was talking about. I explained who I was and he still did not have a clue, he said "i must have spoken with his brother." I explained my problem and he td me that I needed to do some things before hand and that I needed my electrician to call him so that he can tell the electrician what to do. When I called the next day with my electrician on the line, once again, he had no clue what I was talking about and told me that I must have spoken to his son. They are very irresponsible and un-professional.
