Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I prep the room first before they started painting, i.e caulk holes in the wall and windows and sanded. I would have wished them to prep another room; i e re-enforce nails in sheet rock and caulk at least but they did not get to that part although they said they would at least put nails on sheet rock as existing nails were popping out. But they did a good and clean job in painting without any mess.
