So my overall experience with Fence World was 4/10. I had my fence installed about a year ago. The installation process itself was smooth and not bad. My main issue is the communication. There was a section of my Fence with a wide space open because it was too close to my Neighbors fence. Chuck offered to place a piece of Vinyl fencing to cover it up so my dogs wouldnâ  t run out. I have tried to contact him Multiple times via call or text and when he does answer and i state who i am he hangs up the phone. Iâ  m am currently serving as an active duty service member in the community and this behavior is just unprofessional and unexplainable. Considering i have a warranty on the fence, how am i to get in touch with any issues if i am just ignored. In conclusion i DO NOT RECOMMEND this company because all though they did my fence for a more affordable price. The Customer support and satisfaction is not there. I am also not one to leave reviews but this is more for others to not deal with my experience.

Chuck was responsive, and a breeze to work with, double-checked the measurements to be sure enough material was ordered. The installers, Chuck and Eddie, were a great team and did a good job. Everything from quote to completion was done in a week. The fence looks great! I would highly recommend this company.

After meeting with 6 Fence Contractors, I was at my whits end. From unprofessionalism to lies!! I went online to seek quotes. I got a call from Chuck and he was extremely nice. After going online to look at the companyâ  s reviews, I was sold. He went out to my home alone and contacted me. We did a walkthrough of my backyard. From the very first telephone conversation, he handled everything with permits etc and communicated your every step, HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD!! Every call, every meeting, all honesty and not only exceptional professionalism but exceptional work from his crew. The pricing is awesome! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW FENCE, itâ  s so so beautiful and job completed from the first call in less than 2 weeks too!! Even with removing my chain link. If anyone is looking for exceptional professional and work and honesty. Iâ  m always recommending Fence World of South Jersey! Itâ  s a must!! Thank you so much!!! Fast, Friendly, and Efficient service that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the end. They worked around our schedule and were very flexible with payment options. Both the office staff and the on site staff were so charming and understanding of our needs, I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a new fence. it was done in a few short hours despite the cold weather and I couldn't be any more thrilled.

Came when they said.removed old fencing and installed new fencing and gates. 284 ft. In less than a day.

I hired they to install about 100 ft of black aluminum fence, with three gates. They gave me a fare price. They had the material on site with in a week and installed it in a day. They were great to work with. They kept in touch and we had no surprises. I am happy to recommend them and would hire they again for any fence work.
