Went extremely well. I left a message on the answering machine that was returned later that evening. We set up a preliminary time (Tuesday afternoon), confirmed on Monday, and then he called to give me an update on timing so that I wouldn't have to leave work any earlier than necessary. Once at my house, he worked very efficiently and gave me great info on what the plumbing used to look like and what problems might crop up in the future.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. WHEN WE CALLED TO REQUEST THEY COME OUT, IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT THREE HOURS BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.
