Teresa Morrison is my realtor. She was my buyer’ agent and she was a realtor for my home sale. She showed me numerous properties over a period of about three months and she would accompany me to the properties and provide input about properties in my area in my price range. What I liked about her was that she wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to push me into purchasing something that I didn’t seem to ready to buy. She seemed very capable of understanding what I was looking for and simply trying to guide me in what I wanted. She is very patient. There was nothing to deal with money to Teresa as it would directly come from the home she would dela with so I didn’t have to pay anything.
