The experience with this contractor was terrible. The contractor had a terrible attitude towards everyone that worked in the office. He refused to listen to or follow any of the directions that were provided. Much of the work that they did had to be redone by others, which increased cost considerably. The contractor also failed to finish the job and walked out before all the work was done. I would recommend that anyone that even thinks of using this contractor go running in the other direction.
Description of Work: This contractor was hired to remodel a large warehouse space into offices and do some minor repair work on the existing section of our office. Services that were performed were far from professional, such as not painting the predetermined number of coats, and not listening to or following directions. Simple tasks like staining doors and hanging them took days and days to finish. None of the predetermined deadlines were met in any way.
