It went well. When sanding, we noticed a problem with one of the banister railings. He came back quickly and replaced it without question or issue. Clean, professional job.

He's done multiple jobs for me and my family installing railings on multiple sets of stairs in both my house in Bradley Beach, NJ and my mother's house in Hoboken, NJ. His work is excellent and his pricing is fair. High quality of workmanship and materials. Having worked with a number of various contractors, this company definitely rates in the top tier!

Professional, nice and arrived and was done on time. Did what he said he'd do for what he said he do it for in the time frame he said he'd do it for. I have had multiple contractors do jobs over time and Bryan is one of the few that stayed on budget in the time he said he would. I would definitely recommend.

Their are many choices when replacing spindles and Yale Inc. has them all, including iron. (In fact, I did three different decorative white spindles in each of my three homes) This time I choose a classic beauty without fluting- "the Savannah". In my previous home I had this spindle with fluting and while it was beautiful, I simply wanted something a little different in our new space. I made sure to take before pictures because I knew it would be a dramatic difference and it is. The overall look and feel of my new home has changed and I could not be more thrilled.

Yale Inc arrived on time and was was every efficient at getting the job done. While woodworking can be messy, they went out of their way to protect my home and clean up afterwards which made this entire process easy for me. It was amazing to see the attention Mr. Weitz (the owner) gave to each of my 127 spindles, making sure each one had a proper fit and was glued and nailed just right. And if he wasn't satisfied, he removed it and re-installed. He only left my home and considered the job complete once he was sure that the were no glue drips anywhere or any other imperfections of any kind.

Based on my experiences, I highly recommend Yale Inc for any wood working job you are looking to have done!

Everything was in very bad shape and he was very good about taping both of my landings, so nobody would fall.  He was very nice and pleasant person to have around and also he did excellent quality work.
