I was really happy with the design that Bryan provided for the upgrade on the look of my staircase. I really like it and will be having him do another area of my home soon. What was really comforting to me though is that when he showed up to give an estimate on the job, we liked him and gave him a deposit but circumstances made us put the probject on hold for almost 2 years and he honored the deposit and the original estimate without any objection. It is what I would expect, but how often is that what we get with contractors in NJ. Very satisfied. Good man and very pleasant while he works. I highly recommend him and ServiceMagic.

my experience with yale with wonderful, he started the job in timely manner. worked all day to finish job. when my husband had some questions regarding work, yale returned call promptly. stairs were done wonderful

Very pleasant and a down to earth type person

The overall experience was good. He did a very good job on staircases and railings. They look great. I would appreciate it more if some nails didnt stick out from the wall but it's minor. I'd give him 4 1/2 stars (if there were an option) also because the project did not start on the date promissed, which would still be OK had he at least called and said there's a delay. Besides that, I'd recommend him.
