Todd L. Koenig is arrogant, rude and extremely overpriced. Takes most of his information from the internet and charges outrageous amounts of money. Spent way more than the required $1,500.00 "deposit" without telling me and then had the nerve to double bill for services! He spends the same amount of time to "prepare" a report as he does to "review" the report. If you ask him to explain something on his report he acts like he is doing YOU a favor by explaining. His sketches are "form fed" and then adjusted (he does very little work at all) and makes outrageous time claims for how long it takes him to complete tasks. Even though we did our homework and got all the time estimates etc... in advance of the job this jerk did his best to take our money and provided nothing useable.
Description of Work: He was asked to prepare a report for a building inspector on some new construction and provide details about preexisting structure which he assured us was "well within" his expertise and "would not be a problem".
