 + -1 moreDave is great. He was the anti-salesman. I told him I wanted an updated system and Dave assured me that the current system that I am using works perfectly and that "if it ain't broken, don't fix it". I ultimately upgraded the system because I wanted the ability to arm my system remotely and add features such as automatic lights, etc. But it was interesting that he didn't want to sell me an upgraded system when that is specifically why I called him in. Additionally, the monthly service fee was extremely competitive at ~$22/month. BTW - I had a false alarm in my house (I opened the sliding door when the system was armed) and the police were at my house within 3 minutes (the central monitoring system tried to call my cell, but it was upstairs so they sent the police immediately while they tried all of our back-up numbers). Highly recommend Dave!
