He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had already interviewed another tree expert, and it
was obvious that Pete was the one to go with. We immediately settled on a date for the service, and he was at my house promptly at about 8:30 in the morning. He and his two workers quickly got to the business of taking down the large Sweet Gum tree, as well as removing and shaping 4 other trees. They were very clean and tidy, and completely cleaned up the yard of all debris before leaving. Both Pete and his two workers were very courteous and extremely helpful.
"Hi (removed member name). I should've explained to your wife that we were going to be driving equipment into your backyard. I honestly wasn't sure if we were going to at the time of the estimate. I was unsure as to whether or not we were going to use a crane. We did decide to use the crane, which necessitated us driving into the backyard. Before any equipment was driven over the grass we laid out plywood to minimize the lawn damage. Overall, the amount of wood moved and the size of the trees removed I was satisfied that the only problem was minor lawn damage. Thanks for your input and hope all is well."
