Mr McKenna was very professional and a pleasure to work with.  His price was extremely reasonable compared to other plumbers I have used in the area, especially given the extent of the problem.  I will definitely call him again and would recommend him to others.

 I would have called back, but he was nearly two hours late, was sloppy with my house, and left a mess.  

He is knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and, although not very punctual, he is flexible and accommodating to my schedule and can come on weekends.

Mr. McKenna arrived promptly for both the estimate and the service. The work was performed as agreed upon, tested thoroughly and the work area cleaned up. The replacement parts were better quality than the original.

Excellent! The sewer line cap on the outside of our house got hit by a lawn mower and the cap snapped off. McKenna put a new cap on which was rubber and flush with the ground so we could run a lawn mower right over the top and not have to worry about it again. Excellent!

Great. Walter was very professional. He arrived on time, explained what needs to be done, fixed the leak, replaced one of the broken cartridges in one of the bathroom faucets. Very courteous. When I asked if he can search for one of the parts, he said he would. Was very much surprised when he called 3 days later to say that he did try to find the part but since it was already discontinued, the plumbing supply where he gets most of his supplies from doesn't have it and could not get it. Most service providers would have forgotten to do this, especially when they have already been paid. Will definitely use him again!
