Fabio DaSilva of Infinite Comfort is absolutely and unequivocally the very best Technician for any job that requires his expertise. Fabio is always most honorable, sincere and truly outstanding!! .. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sewer line was replaced and in working order before he left. Fabio also cleaned and power sprayed all the dirt on the driveway, sidewalk and streets. He is absolutely amazing!! .. Wish I could give him and his workers 100 STARS!! .. Fabio and his workers are all 100% outstanding!! .. Thank you so much Fabio!!

Fabio was punctual and professional. He repaired the problem quickly. Very pleased we found him. He was such a pleasant individual to work with. I would rate him 5+.

I called Saturday July 25 @ 9:35 am. Spoke to the tech who stated “Today had no availability, next available time would be 7:00 Monday July 27”. The time and cost estimates was agreed. Monday no show at my place. I called the office at 9:37 am. They had no knowledge of the service request, but they could book me for Tuesday July 28. No thanks

The A/C work seems to have gone OK, however, they didn't send me the video of my drain pipe, for which I paid $240. I called several times to ask when I should expect it and I was told they would check and call me back, which they never did. Several weeks later, I told them to just refund me the $240. They then finally told me what happened to the video - they said the camera was broken and the video was either poor quality or non-existent, so they said they would send me a check for the $240. After over two weeks, I followed up and got no return call. It has now been a month since they promised me the refund and I still haven't received it. We are honorable people. If they send me my refund, I would change the review, but as it stands, they get an F.

Fabio from Infinite Comfort is Fabulous! My Central A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a recent heat wave. I called my usual service provider who informed me that my 15 year old a/c unit was broken and needed to be replaced. I called Fabio of Infinite Comfort for an estimate to replace the a/c unit. Fabio looked at the a/c unit and immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken capacitor and said the a/c unit didn't need to be replaced, it just needed a part, which he had on his truck! Then he replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the whole a/c unit, working outside in the rain for 2 hours! The whole charge was less than $600 and I had my a/c back on ! I am very impressed by Fabios honesty and work ethic, he is a very hard worker, and I highly recommend Fabio and Infinite Comfort !

I tried Infinite Comfort last year when our central air stopped working just before the first really rotten hot and humid week of Summer. Their technician, Osvaldo, showed up within an hour of my call and had the thing working perfectly in a short time. This time, Osvaldo showed up shortly after receiving my call, got to work in the crawl space, diagnosed the problem, ordered and went to pick up the necessary "fix" . It has been working perfectly since he left that afternoon. We are very happy with Infinite Comfort and Osvaldo and recommend them for the speed with which they respond, for the excellence of their work and for the prices they charge which seem reasonable.

I scheduled the appointment and had to run to Home Depot to get a replacement toilet (my choice to save money). They showed up on time but I was a little late. They were patient. They installed the toilet quickly and cleanly. The old toilet was "really" old and the technician had some trouble getting it out, but he got it done. He hauled it away. The new toilet went in smoothly. It has worked perfectly since installation.

Happy with my experience. He was reasonably priced and walked me through the process of bleeding my system so I won’t have to rely on him every time. His prices were very reasonable and he was in and out in less than 45 minutes. He also wore protective conversing on his shoes. He also offered a discount if you left a Google review for him. My only complaint is that he “guaranteed” he’d be there between 5pm and 6pm. He arrived at 6:09pm and wasn’t as apologetic as I would’ve hoped. I wasn’t just waiting for 9 minutes; I was waiting for an hour and 9 minutes (since 5pm) and inconveniencing my tenants. All in all, still very happy with the work done. I don’t think he’s late often and would definitely recommend him to others based on his pricing and personality.

I hadn't had my central air unit looked at for several years because it was running well. This June 29th, at the beginning of the heat wave, it abruptly stopped running. When this happens, thed mind shifts into paranoid mode envisioning a scarcity of technicians for the next few weeks or so and a repair bill in the thousands. I was desperate when I called Infinite Comfort at about 8 am and Alfonso was at our door ready to get it working by 9:30 am. He checked, cleaned and adjusted the outside unit, replaced the Capacitor and the coil contact, cleaned up thoroughly and left me with air conditioning that was working quietly and working better and more efficiently than it had for the past several years. He did not try to upsell me to something bigger , better and costlier and instead left me a reasonable (discounted for Angies list) bill for the nearly two hours he spent here and a perfectly working system that continues to work perfectly three month later after a very brutal Summer. Wow!!!!

Although, many hours were spent in assessing the replacement and/or repair of my central A/C systems, I did not hire Infinite Comfort. Apparently, the job was too complicated as the cost estimates and the details had to be adjusted many times, but did not result in corrected written estimates.

Technician was on time and thorough. Bonus: he showed me how to fix my garbage disposal for the future!

Wow. I don't really know how to explain how positive our experience with Fabio from Infinite Comfort was today. We are very, very happy with the service and price we received and we recommend Infinite Comfort to anyone who need HVAC work done. Our Carrier central A/C unit is almost 20 years old (we're its third owner). We have lived here for 7 1/2 years and haven't serviced the unit at all (a mistake we will not continue!) The unit started making terrible noises in the evening five days ago, and then just stopped working later that night. It was a hot stretch, so I quickly did online research, made a few calls and had a service guy from a well-regarded company over to help us the next day. He spent a lot of time back and forth in and out of the house, explained a lot about the components of a central A/C system and how they work, and then told me our options. He said the unit was old (1999) and beyond the normal lifespan of such things. He said for sure our fan motor was bad, there might be a compressor issues he couldn't figure out right then, some bad electricals and possibly a clogged TXV down near the evaporation coils. He said we could use "trial and error" to replace parts in sequence over time to see which repair might fix the problem, but it would be expensive (as parts for old machine can be), time consuming and still not identify what if any repair might be "the one" or how long that repair would hold up on an old unit like this. The Internet told us that on average A/C unit last 10-15 years, so we decided to get estimates on replacement. While waiting for our repair guy's company to send its replacement estimate I made appointments with a few others to come quote us prices. Fabio from Infinite Comfort was the first to arrive. He inspected our system, answered some questions about ducts, vents and airflow, and explained some "add-on" options we might want with the replacement (e.g., a better air filter unit, new humidifier, etc.). He then asked if we wanted him to check out our current unit just to see if he could figure out why it wasn't working. He spent about 5-10 minutes pulling the unit apart and reconnecting all the parts the service guy had left disconnected. He tested a few things and told us the unit itself was older, but was a "Cadillac". He said it needed a cleaning, but that he thought the only thing wrong with it was a bad fan motor, which he had on his truck. He a said "no guarantees", but he was pretty sure that would fix it. About $600 rather than thousands. We said "do it"! About 5 minutes into that work, and Fabio came back in to tell us it wasn't the motor but rather than fan blade that was broken and that's why it wasn't turning or cooling the compressor properly. He called a local supply house, but it was after noon on a Saturday so they were closed. So Fabio studied the fan blade again for a minute, took it out to his truck, and FIXED the stupid thing!!! He said this old unit was high end when it was purchased, and was still durable for years if it was re-charged a bit and then maintained. So overall Fabio repaired our unit fan, he cleaned the filters and the unit itself, put about 3 1/2 lbs of freon in it (the older R-22, which he had on his truck) and added a leak sealant to the system because it took more Freon than he was expecting and we back online!! Now we have a functioning A/C that has been cleaned and re-charged for the first time in who-knows-how long for about $700, instead of spending what was looking like $4,000 - $7,000 for a new unit sometime (hopefully) in the next month!! You pray that you can find contractors and technicians that know what they're doing and treat you fairly. Sometimes you find them. Sometimes you don't. Fabio and Infinite Comfort are exactly that. If this unit ever does give out on us, they will have the replacement business from us without hesitation. If for some reason our unit completely fails in the next year, Infinite Comfort will give us 50% of today’s bill as a credit towards any replacement we do through them.

A previous estimate told me $7500 for a new system. Fabio sent out a tech (same day I called) who had my system back up and running for $450. Beyond pleased. This is the second time I used them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! I called at 5:30 pm and the technician was there before 7 pm. He not only unclogged the drain but he also cleaned it - it looks better than it did when we moved in! He also offered helpful suggestions. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, neat, and the price was very reasonable for the work performed.

Excellent, they were very knowledgeable. They removed the object. I would hire them again and again without question. Such professionalism. They were punctual. They even wore protective covers over their shoes and covered the floors.

Great job, on time, quick, walked through emergency water cutoff with my wife so that she would know what to do. Furnace cleaning and inspection. Advised us not to replace furnace as the replacement model is identical to what we have and is operating efficiently already. Honest.
