Hydro-Tek LTD

We called Hydro-Tek to estimate the repair of our aging sprinkler system. They did that, gave us an estimate, and charged us $125 for the service call. I wasn't expecting an estimate to cost money, but my bad, perhaps, for not asking. Two guys did a lot of work for more than an hour. It would have been better if I was clearer to them and they were clearer to me. I saw it as getting as estimate, they saw it as a service call.
They gave us an estimate to repair. Another company said we'd need to replace the front yard system, that it couldn't be repaired since some of the pipes were metal not plastic and perhaps 30 years old, but the back yard could be repaired. So now we have to decide which way to go.

They were very helpful and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They are friendly, courteous, and on-time. They only use quality products and take pride in their work. I will use them on all future issues. They are much better than the alternatives in the area.

HydroTek came out to examine my property for purposes of evaluating my existing lawn irrigation system. They did this, and also walked me around the property identifying drainage issues they recommended I address. Their knowledge and expertise was self-evident. First class experience all around.

I HAVE A VERY HIGH OPINION OF THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. IF I EVER HAVE SOMETHING THAT I NEED OR WANT DONE IMMEDIATELY THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND.
