I signed up for a service contract with them. They have been coming out and what I have seen of them I am very satisfied. They showed up on time and made the repairs they said they would. They did it at the cost they suggested, which was reasonable. I am looking forward to working with them now as a customer on retainer. They are prompt, reliable, and absolutely professional. The office staff followed up to make sure everything was done correctly.
