it was 5 weeks before he started the job. he was to match the color in the kitchen after sanding the entire area that was to be fixed
The area was from the kitchen to the living room.The color was in the cherry family I told him to match the existing color I was not home to see the floors till the last day of the job and was very UPSET because he used a totally different color that did not match the stairs that are in the 2 rooms.When I called him about it he said it looked fine to him ??? 2 different colors when I told him to fix either the rooms or the stairs he was mad because it was going to be too much work for him. He told me it was an additional $500 to fix the stairs to match the floors.I gave him an additional $250 to do the job which then meant I have no access to the house for another 3 days.The job got finished but I was not happy with the finished product

I contacted 3 hardwood companies that I found on angie's list. Keith returned my call within a day and scheduled an appointment. I was very impressed when Keith came to give us an estimate and I liked the fact his name was on the truck and he performed the work vs. sending other people. Keith gave us a very fair price and did a great job. He gave us a time estimate to start and complete the job and he finished right on schedule. I was very impressed with Keith and I highly recommend him.

Went very well. Mr Force was the first (out of 3 companies) to return my call asking for an estimate. He came in a day or 2 and responded the day after that with a reasonable estimate. The work was completed in one day, as promised, and was very neatly done. The water-based sealant that was used seemed a bit tackier than on other floors that I've had done in the past, but that is diminishing. I think I will opt for the oil-based finish in the future, but I did need this particular room done fairly quickly, and the water-based dries quicker so was the right choice for this job. I would definately use this company again and have, in fact, spoken to Mr. Force about doing another room for me sometime in the spring or early summer.

I contacted several companies and Force had the best price. They were also able to fit the start date and fit into the time frame we were looking for. We had picked out 3 colors that we thought we wanted. Keith put down those 3 colors as a sample and a recommendation of his own. We ended up going with his option.

Keith Force is the owner and his name is on the truck. He was really good and quick. He accommodated our schedule because we wanted to be out of the house on vacation. He worked with our time frame and did a really great job. He didn’t leave a mess. I don’t have any complaints. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
