The Connolley Brothers show up on time, get the job done swiftly with little disruption, and the windows look great. I use them both on our home and on our beach house. It's great that they are willing to travel between the two locations. Very professional. Not a lot of chit chat, just get down to work and get the job done. If there were anything I would suggest, it would be to be just a little more careful. The last two visits, a small item has broken--they were very sorry and offered in one case to pay restitution--and on the last visit, they left the skylight screen slightly askew so that the skylight motor doesn't engage and it won't open. I'll have to wait until they come again for them to rectify that. Small things.

From my telephone call for a quote to finished product, approximately 1 week passed. The Connolly Brothers were most professional. Their pricing seemed quite fair and I really have no issues to mention other than the fact that I would call them again the next time I need my windows cleaned. I only had a few windows with streaking and that probably happened due to the darkness of that side of the house that day.

Great! They arrived on time, were extremely neat and the windows sparkled. They even brought their own water! I had seen on reviews of other window cleaners that the customer had to specify that the sills be cleaned or else the service provider wouldn't clean them. The Connolly Bros looked at me like I had two heads when I asked if they intended to clean the sills--of course they did. Really nice men who do a meticulous job. Recommend them highly.

Did a fine job and were on time for estimate. Cheerful and were not bothered by the occasional wasp nest and paint-stuck window. Nice guys.
