CNM Architecture

Carl was great to work with. He drafted plans, and listened to our feedback. The process was very collaborative, and we felt he understood our concerns. We needed a revision after initial plans (we decided not to do an addition, but work with existing space), and Carl came up with creative ideas to make the limited space truly work.

I found Carl Mazzola, the architect on this project to be a pleasure to work with.  After describing what we wanted done with the downstairs of our house, Carl presented us three proposals of what can be done in that space.  He took time to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each option and answered all of our questions.  After selecting the proposal, Carl prepared the architectural drawings, electrical schematics and plumbing diagrams for the project.  
The drawings were excellent and extremely accurate.  Sometime after completion of the drawings, I requested Carl to come to the house to review the status of the ongoing construction.  He came and provided me valuable feedback on the project.  This he did without requesting any additional payment for his time.  
Carl brought a wealth of experience and expertise to our project.  He was very engaged in developing the design for the addition.  He identified ideas that we did not think of which was very helpful for the project.
