I had service done by another company who looked at the unit and he did not fix it as I thought he did. So instead of hiring him again, I hired Chapman Brothers. Chapman Brothers came out and looked over the Unit. He explained to me what was going on with the unit, they installed a new one and I am very pleased with their service. They were very reasonably priced.

The job was acceptable. I was quoted $90 for the first hour on the phone and they charged me $100 when they came. I was very satisfied with the job they did on the boiler in my house three years ago as well. They are very good as far as installation of boilers. They could be a little neater when they work. I just wish that they would wear something on their shoes to keep things clean. I called them on a Sunday though and they came out the following day.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THE PRICING WAS PRETTY FAIR. THEY SHOWED UP NOT TOO LONG AFTER I CALLED. THEY WERE SOME WHAT PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND THEY DID EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY 3-4 TIMES IN THE PAST FOUR YEARS. WE FOUND THEM IN THE PHONE BOOK. WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY RETURNED OUR CALL AND WORKED US IN THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY HAD REPLACEMENT PARTS WITH THEM AND CLEANED UP THE WHOLE MESS.
