The technician came the same morning I called. He replaced a bad thermocouple, which solved the problem; and he also cleaned and ajusted the burners. The work was nice and neat, and the tech was professional and courteous.

Explanations were detailed and took as much time as we required. Work itself went well. Price was competitive. We had to call them about a year later for a minor issue; responded quickly; took care of everything with minimal expense. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering replacing home heating system.

The work was complete and on time, and proceeded in a very professional manner.
This contractor respected the ignorance of most homeowners w.r.t. infrastructure of hot-water heating systems, relationship to hot water heater, and exhaust issues. DO have all done by a single supplier.

I have used them several times before. My general comment about them is that they have always done quality work, but they are a little expensive. They are very professional and they do what they say. They are reliable and they do good work; that is why I have used them again. They are a little expensive, but they are licensed. They have always done things right. I have never had a problem with them. I would use them again in the future.

The plumber arrived a few hours after I phoned the company (he had another job to complete). Cleaning a sewer pipe is an incredibly dirty, smelly business; but this plumber was friendly and efficient. He cleaned up the mess in the basement very well. I expected the price to be high, and it was. Still, I think it reflected fair value for the money. I would definitely call this company again if I had a plumbing problem.

Hot water heater began leaking a lot of water about 5:30 pm 3/2. Called Chapman Bros approximately 6 pm. Someone was here to look at it by 6:45 pm. Took a look at it, gave us an estimate, said he could have somebody here the following day around 8:30 am. The plumber arrived at 8:35 on 3/3, showed me the work order and began work. He was courteous and professional, did the job and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Purchased the permit, passed inspection.

I have no complaints with the work, the water runs hot and beautiful. The guy was nice enough because he did some things that he threw in extra. The guys who did the work were genuinely nice. I have no complaints. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. They didn't finish one part so they ended up sending another guy back a day or two later to get that corrected and finish the inspection. Everything worked out fine.

Imagine living in a house for 1 week, being 7 months pregnant with boxes everywhere, and the sewer backs up on a Saturday into the beautiful basement bathroom, looks like an explosion, and soaks everything including the new carpeting. This was how my daughter and I met "Dennis" from Chapman. She called, he came, approached the problem calmly and took care of it. Snaked 75 feet from the basement into the middle of the street. Cleaned up good enough for me to begin my own cleaning after he left. Excellent service, excellent job and excellent "bedside manner". We will defnitely use them again.

We had previously had trouble with the shower but it was never satisfactorily fixed by previous plumbers. I expected a very difficult and expensive repair, but the Chapman Bros. plumber fixed the faucet quickly and inexpensively and it's working fine now.

If the price could be more reasonable, I may hire them again. It costs me three times than general contractors charging me. Even you may say everything has a price but there is over pay or under pay in any transaction. I believe the front in the case. If you look for quick, responsive and good quality regardless the price, I would recommend them.
