They came quickly and figured out the entry point where they were getting into the house. They donned their bee suit, sprayed the crevice in the outside wall, and then came back to seal it up after we confirmed that the bees were all gone.

"This 3 year old review is bogus. We have never done any work for this person or at this address. We have been in business 60 years and the fact that someone would call us 50 times and not get a response is a sure sign that this review is false."

Arrived at my house within hours after my call to survey the situation... went over the problem with me and how to solve it.... was able to return to do the job on my schedule... Brian and his assistant did a great job... they were very professional in all aspects.. the work areas were left neat and clean with little disruption.. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors...

Found a large wasps nest over the weekend. Emailed Brian and Elaine asking them to remove Monday or Tuesday. I had an early appointment on Monday. I got home at 11:30 and the nest was completely gone. Yea!

I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment. I received a call back later that day and scheduled the appointment for Monday (I would be at work). When I came home in the evening, I was delighted to see that the nest had been removed and the hornets were gone!

Contacted Arnold's Pest Control located in Cranford on July 2. Spoke with Elaine. Indicated I needed a hornet nest removed from a soffet over my front door. She quoted me a price range, I gave her the address and asked if they could come out before July 4 holiday. Brian came out the same day, removed the nest and sprayed the soffet. Done and Done. Easy Peasy! I was emailed an invoice the morning of July 3 (I am out of town so requested this). Price was low end of range. Professional, punctual and friendly. Would definitely use again and/or recommend to others.

Called and was able to schedule a removal for within a day. Didn't have to be present. They removed the nest, then sent the bill. So convenient!

We needed an inspection for bed bugs ASAP after calling late evening. They arrived first thing in morning and did a very good and complete inspection. It took close to 30 minutes and after he was done he found no evidence of bugs and left. He was professional and did not charge us for his time. If we needed an exterminator I would call them back.

The initial treatment they have to drill some holes and we pay them around $500 and then the successive treatment is around $100.

The technician was courteous and explained exactly how he was going to spray for the carpenter bees. He performed the job exactly as described.

The visit went very well. Arnold's Pest Service Showed up right on time. They found where the bees were getting into the wall. They explained what they would do, what the cost would be and said their work was guaranteed forever. If ever the bees came back in that spot. they would come back and treat them again. They did the work and the bees have never returned.

I had referred him to my family members as well, and they are old and he took care of everything, and I appreciate that. He is lovely with the elderly family members. It's a small business, but he does an excellent job. His price is very reasonable. He is excellent. He is dependable. I would rate him highly. He is fair and honest, and I can't ask for more than that. He was here right away when I called. I would refer him to others, and I would continue to use him in the future.

Friendly guy---arrived on time, but reaked of smoke and didn't have a professional attitude. He not so neatly attached a have-a-heart trap to the outside of our home, and asked me to hold the ladder for him as he did so. There was no way I could catch him or prevent the ladder from falling while he was on it, but I held it regardless. He swung the ladder very close to our cars when taking it down. The whole experience was disconcerting for everyone except the squirrel, who continued to reside in our attic regardless.

"The actual date of service for this was 12/28/09 which occurred while the owner was under going chemotherapy. As a result he had to hire some temporary help. The individual mentioned above was not a permanent employee and no longer works for Arnold's Pest Control."
