 + -1 moreI signed a contract with the basement store on 3/22/08 to finish my basement.Since then the company has been unreliable, unprofessional and have shown no customer service what so ever. The original contractors walked off the job 8/24/08 and my basement still is not complete, since then I found out my electrical work is not to code and the ceiling was installed incorrectly and had to be ripped down.Also there was no dumpster provided as promised in the contract this left a big mess in my home as well as a tremendous amount of dust.My husband removed all of the demo on his own after my 6 year old son started to have respiratory problems from this.The week of 8/24/2008 Marty Weinstein came to my home as per his corporate office to reassess what was left and had to be done. since than they have been back twice only to correct the ceiling that was installed incorrectly. After numerous attempts i continue to be assured that the job will be done HOWEVER IT IS NOT.If this can not be resolved in a timely manner my only option is to take legal action against this company. I have already paid them 8000.00. The company is underpriced compared to many other estimates i was given however the price is not worth the headache that comes along with dealing with this company.

 + -1 moreThey are great! Their estimate came in a lot lower than any of the other companies I called and they go above and beyond. They helped me get all the paper work in order that I have to take to my township and all I had to do was show up and pay, everything else was taken care of.
Description of Work: They are gonna be coming out and finishing my basement. Approx. cost is $17,000.
