Buying a 100+ year old house to renovate proved to be a money pit. The Anderson Contracting Company was a lucky break for us. Every single thing in the house needed to be replaced or repaired. The owner, Tucker Anderson, always got back to us immediately. He took charge of tiling, painting, laying hard wood floors, reglazing windows, and exterior work. When he found that our back porch was completely rotted, he knew exactly what to do to keep the entire structure from collapsing. In the meantime, part of our home had to be converted into a store and he was able to optimize the space needed for a retail business perfectly. When it was time to sell our old home, the buyers handed us a repair list which we turned around and handed to Anderson. Everything got done in time for closing because he made us a priority. And there were some late nights to get everything done for us. Rates are very reasonable and work is meticulous. Very good design sense and often had better ideas on how to do things and would try hard to keep costs down while making sure the results were beautiful. With all the work we've done, one would wonder why we didn't turn to a more established company. It was because they were not honest, responsible, and were very expensive. Highly recommend Tucker Anderson and truly believe in his bright, new company.
