The install process dragged on a bit longer than I would have hoped for, but on balance everything that was promised was delivered.  This is a complicated process so you do not want to take it lightly as it ties directly into your homes electric grid. Since install, the routine servicing has been excellant, although a bit pricey.  The owner of this company is a local businessman and is very responsive and approachable. Steve, the service guy is also excellant as is the owner, Mike if problems do crop up.
