The owner and his son spent a lot of time walking around my property explaining what they proposed to do, and going through pamphlets of the materials they were going to use. I was expecting an unreasonably high price, but they ended up being thousands less than other quotes I got. They even threw in painting my chimney caps and replacing a dryer vent cover. Other people in my neighborhood had good things to say, so I hired them on site. My date was rained out, but they came on Saturday just a few days later right on time at around 8:30. The team was very professional, covered everything, and worked like dogs all day. They finished around 6, and cleaned up everything to the point that you would never know they were there. The new roof looks great and seems to be installed well (from my very limited knowledge of roofs). I definitely recommend Majestic Exteriors for roofing jobs. Plus I plan on using them for window replacement and any other jobs I need in the future.

Pleasant, professional and responsive

Totally unprofessional, sloppy inconsiderate workers. Removed the tarp covering my landscaping damaging many plants. Had debris flying everywhere even unto neighbors properties. They spoke no English. No Foreman insight. Took my cupola off and then put back on crooked like the Tower of Pisa. Office never responded to many outcries. What I described to the charlatin salesman Alan Goodman and the results were not the same. Find other roofers that are professional. Do not hire.

While they weren't the cheapest of the contractors I received estimates from, they were the ones I was most comfortable with. They offered more of what i was looking for than the others and I like the materials they use better than the others. Tania was helpful in getting us to select a shingle that we liked. Their service was very prompt. I have been in construction for over 30 years. While I do most of my own work, some things like my roof are just too large of a job for me to take on. While contractors will tell you they are going to do this and that, most people don't pay attention and much of what they are paying for doesn't get done. I am one who keeps an eye on things and I was waiting to see if shortcuts were taken. Happily, they did the job just as they said they would and actually did more. The crew were prompt and professional. When you have your roof done, as the ripoff is taking place, you may wonder how the **** they will ever clean everything up. Well I wondered too and believe me, they cleaned up. It will never be 100%, but it was done more than I expected. The next day after the roof was done, it rained. Of course, i checked for any leaks and there were none to be found. It's only been 3 days since it was completed, but as of now I am a very satisfied customer. Tania & Alan have my recommendation.

I met Alan from Majestic in the fall and he made a great renovation design recommendation which I hadn't even considered which helped transform the front of our home. To his credit, he was not interested in doing the heavy construction renovation work which I had done by a builder. However the finishing touch was the vinyl siding job by Majestic. The crew was punctual & professional. The work was well done and crew did a good cleanup when finished. Tania and Laura in the office have always been a pleasure to deal with. I was so satisfied with the price and quality of the siding job that I've already contracted with them to now replace my gutters. It looks like a new house thanks to the work of Majestic!
